查詢EB帳戶的速率上限和使用量

API 限速：每秒 1 次請求

信息

• 查詢EB帳戶級別的總的頻率蓋帽以及所有子帳戶頻率分配量
• 僅EB母帳戶可以訪問該接口
• 對於沒有通過客戶經理申請過頻率蓋帽的EB帳戶, 返回為空
